2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been inadvertently published on ExamDisha without authorization, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at dmca@examdisha.com containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Exact URL link(s) on ExamDisha where the material is located.
- Your contact details (Full Name, Organization, Email Address, and Phone Number).
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or authorized agent.
3. Response Window
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, our technical team conducts an immediate investigation and removes or disables access to the infringing material within 24 to 48 hours.
